Two dead after Lamborghini Gallardo demo

Two dead after Lamborghini Gallardo demo

It was a sad day in Wuppertal, Germany when an Italian man, said to be a Lamborghini employee, crashed into a lamppost during his demonstration. The man, along with his 28-year-old passenger, was killed during this horrible incident.
Apparently this gentleman was driving the demonstration Lamborghini Gallardo which pumps out about 520hp when he proceeded to give it way too much throttle. The driver then lost control, skidded against a carriageway divider, flew through the air, hit a lamppost, and burst into flames. Police at the scene assessed the value of the written-off car and other damages at 150,000 euros (about $191,000 U.S.). This, unfortunately, is nothing compared to the two lives that were lost during this unbelievable ordeal.
